Vancouver’s North Shore Craft Beer Festival is back October 30 to November 12, 2026, with something on almost every night!

Every fall, the North Shore’s breweries, distilleries and taprooms spend two weeks throwing a party, and everyone’s invited. This year it starts with a Halloween bash at The Pipe Shop and carries on with trivia, live music, taco nights, a Mario Kart tournament and fresh beer releases right through to November 12.

Many of the hosts sit around The Shipyards and Lower Lonsdale, a short walk from the SeaBus, so it’s easy to leave the car at home and make a night of it.

Kick Off at the Launch Party

Friday, October 30 | The Pipe Shop, The Shipyards
| 5–10:30 pm | $40 + GST

The festival opens Halloween-style with live music, food trucks and craft beer from North Shore producers. Costumes are encouraged, and there are prizes for the best ones. Full-face masks aren’t allowed, for safety reasons.

Proceeds support North Shore Neighbourhood House.

Fill Your Tasting Passport While You’re There

The Vancouver’s North Shore Ale Trail Tasting Passport returns November 1–30. Ask for a stamp with purchase at any participating location, or collect digital stamps in the BC Ale Trail app. Once you have six unique stamps, hand in your passport for a free glass (while supplies last) and a chance to win a Grand Prize package valued at over $1,200.

One winner will take home:

  • One-night stay including breakfast for 2 people at the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier
  • Two admission tickets at Grouse Mountain
  • Two admission tickets to Capilano Suspension Bridge
  • 2 x $25 voucher at any North Shore Craft Breweries
  • Vancouver North Shore Craft Beer Week Swag

Most of the festival’s hosts are passport stops too, so a few festival nights go a long
way toward your six stamps.
