Over Time Beer Works
The year-round lineup keeps things approachable and well-rounded: Mountain Standard Golden Ale, Good Evening Brown Ale, Present IPA, and Split Wit are available in cans and on tap. Alongside the core beers, limited release rotational brews show up fresh and inspired — seasonal, creative, or just plain tasty — only available in the taproom and at a handful of favourite local spots.
What makes a visit extra worthwhile is the pilot system. Over Time runs a small-batch pilot setup that allows for tasty innovation, so if you pop into the Beer Works, there’s a chance something new and never-featured-before is on tap. Everything is brewed on site from scratch, with stainless steel tanks and minimal automation — they do the work, not computers and gadgets.
The vibe here is comfortable, casual, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of place where you can pull up a stool, watch a game, and get the inside scoop from locals (or at least a convincing guess). Stop in for a pint at the brewery, or grab a growler to take the good times with you.
Kimberley isn’t really on the way to anywhere, and that’s kind of the point. Getting here takes intention — but with fresh beer and warm company waiting, Over Time makes a pretty strong case for the detour.
