Top Rope Birria is Vancouver’s OG mobile purveyor of Quesabirria Tacos (fresh corn tortillas filled with melted Oaxaca cheese and their famous Birria beef, with a side of heady consommé for dunking!). Also serving Quesadillas, nachos, a unique local take on Mexican-style candy, and fun specials!
