Burns Lake is planning the celebration of the century this August.  We are hoppin’ excited to be working with Ursa Minor Brewery in creating Burns Lake’s signature Birthday Brew.

“When we were asked to brew a beer for Burns Lake 100th birthday party, we took it as an honour and we took it seriously.  The answer is this.  A light bodied copper coloured ale brewed with a carefully selected blend of BC and Western Canadian Pale Malts and a healthy dose of Centennial hops from the Fraser Valley.  This combination gives the aroma a kiss of a pine forest and fruit.  Rich yet refreshing.
