Kelowna Beer Institute

The Kelowna Beer Institute is a locally owned brewery that provides a place where people can learn more about craft beer right at the source. Along with its on-site brewery the Beer Institute has a solid kitchen serving up pizzas made with spent grains from the brewing process, beer-salted kettle chips, salads, pretzels, and other snacks. The brewer uses this relatively small brewing system to experiment with new styles and recipes, so there is always something unique and interesting on tap. Regular events, including Taco Tuesdays and Cask Thursdays, keep the calendar full as well.
