With a world-class cocktail lounge and tasting room, co-founders, Alex and Johnny envisioned a distillery that locals could call their own; a distillery that would produce the finest spirits to exhilarate your senses, and offer something for everyone – from the smoked vodka and barrel-aged gin to the crisp and fruity raspberry gin.

The cocktail lounge with its large glass windows that look into the distillery will allow you a glimpse into the process of gin making. At Raincity, we put immense thought into our cocktail menu and create seasonal menus that boast 20-30 complex cocktails incorporating, spirits, flavours, and ingredients from all over the world. Every ice cube, every drop of tincture, and every squeeze of an orange rind has purpose and is the reason for the elevated experience our loyal customers have grown to expect from us.

While our cocktail lounge may be known for our high standard of quality cocktails, the crowds also come in for the dumplings that we source directly from a lil old lady in Chinatown.
