Ellison Field Taphouse Spring Tap Voting Contest Rules & Regulations

Please make sure to read all the following contest rule sections carefully.

1) ENTRY PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:00 am on February 18, 2026 and closes 11:59 pm March 10, 2026. 

2) ELIGIBILITY: You must be eighteen (18) years or older and a legal resident in the province of British Columbia (BC) to enter this Contest. City of Kelowna/Kelowna International Airport employees and immediate family members of City of Kelowna/Kelowna International Airport employees are not eligible to enter. 

3) HOW TO ENTER: Between 12:00 am February 18, 2026 and 11:59 pm March 10, 2026, complete the Vote for the next Seasonal Tap at Ellison Field Taphouse form. You may enter a maximum of one (1) time by fully completing this form.

4) ENTRY GUIDELINES: The form must be completed in full. Late or corrupt entries will not be accepted.

5) PRIZES:  There is one (1) grand prize. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. No substitution of the Prize is permitted. The Prize cannot be returned for a cash refund.

6) WINNERS AND ODDS: One Winner will be drawn from eligible entries on March 18, 2026. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries submitted. The Winner will be chosen by random draw. The Winner must answer a skill-testing question to claim the prize. The City of Kelowna/Kelowna International Airport and BC Ale Trail are not responsible for and will not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the selected Entrant. If a selected Entrant cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the allotted time, City of Kelowna/Kelowna International Airport and BC Ale Trail reserve the right to void that entry and select another eligible Entrant for the Prize.

7) TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating, you agree to a) abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the City of Kelowna/Kelowna International Airport and the BC Ale Trail, which shall be final in all respects; and b) release, discharge and hold harmless the City of Kelowna/Kelowna International Airport and BC Ale Trail from all liability, claims or damages, arising out of your participation in the Contest and the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize. The City of Kelowna/Kelowna International Airport and BC Ale Trail reserve the right to cancel or suspend this Contest, and cancel or refuse any entry or any individual winning the Contest. 

8) PRIVACY: Personal Information is collected for the purposes of receiving your entry to the Vote for the next Seasonal Tap at Ellison Field Taphouse contest with the City of Kelowna/Kelowna International Airport and the BC Ale Trail. The City of Kelowna/Kelowna International Airport and BC Ale Trail are collecting this information under s.26 (c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. 9) GOVERNING LAW: These Official Contest Rules are subject to the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
