Calling all fans of Cantillion, Lambics, and Belgian beer!

We managed to get our little hands on seven rare kegs of Cantillion’s legendary Belgian brewing. Rather than covetously hoarding them for ourselves, we figured we’d throw a party. On February 11, the first slate of kegs will be tapped, four at a time, until we run dry. The last time we tapped a Cantillion keg, it lasted all of 14 hours. With seven more kegs to go around, we’ll be Lambic-rich for at least a few days longer. Don’t wait too long, though; come early for the best selection – some of these kegs are the only ones of their kind in Western Canada.

But that’s not all – Between 2 Buns will be slinging burgers on February 11 from 1-5 pm, there will be a chocolate pairing courtesy of the award-winning Chez Christophe, and of course, there will be plenty of Belgian waffles to go around.
