$90.00Our BrewMaster, Thomas Batty, and Executive Chef Christina Sepidoza have put together another great pairing of our fresh beers with the creativity of a vibrant and delicious Spanish-style meal.

This Brewmasters Dinner comprises of 4 Courses complete with beer pairings for each course. Course 1 will arrive with a 12oz pour and subsequent courses will be 4oz pours.
Dinner Menu
Aperitivo: Warm and awaken the palate with a trio of chorizo puffs with a charred pimento Romesco Sauce. Slightly smoky, crisp, light with a hint of warm exotic spices and heady of aroma of minced cured chorizo served with a thick, rich Romesco sauce.
Primer Curso: Citric and herbaceous flavours spike this zesty and exciting chilled soup. Served with a warm Spanish-inspired bread roll (Pan de Sal) and a side of whipped pimento and seranno ham butter.
Segundo Curso: A fresh and exotic salad featuring a trio of citrus: tangelo, blood orange, and Valencia oranges, with a tangle of mesclun greens and crisp chorizo crisps.
Plato Principal (choose):
A full lamb shank, slow-braised in a rich and slightly tannic Malbec wine with aromatic vegetables, served on a bed of earthy green lentils and sofrito.

Smoked paprika and cumin dusted prawns, seared in garlic and herb-infused creamery-cultured butter served on a bed of earthy green lentils and sofrito.
Postres: A classic Basque-style cheesecake with; soft and creamy exterior featuring a caramelized and broiled crown and served in a pool of quince preserve and vanilla bean whipped cream.
