Local Victoria artist Russell Wellner is performing live at Twa Dogs Brewery on Thursday, July 18, from 5 to 7 pm.

Russell has been making waves among Vancouver Island’s famous new artist scene with his blend of West Coast folk music. He recently released his debut album, which garnered a huge amount of praise.

A storyteller at heart, Russell also wrote, directed, and starred in the hit play When the Forest Calls for Help.

Thursday’s performance also features an extended Happy Hour for patrons, with 10% off beers from 3 to 6 pm.
