Got a question about beer, brewing or chemistry?

Join Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) Brewing instructor Dominic Bernard on April 18 for an online ‘ask me anything’ session about all things beer, brewing and the chemistry of fermentation.

Dominic has a Master of Science in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University, a Bachelor of Science, Majoring in Chemistry, from Simon Fraser University (SFU), and a Bachelor of Education from SFU. He’s also worked in breweries in Quebec and BC and volunteered for a work term at Orval Trappist Brewery in Belgium.
