Beer & Chicken, does it get any juicier? We wanted to get in on all the Whistler Craft Beer Month action, so Chef Frank has stuffed whole chickens with a can of Deep Cove Brewers + Distillers Lemon Radler and slow roasted them to juicy perfection.
This delicious feast will be available every Sunday night in October from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There will be limited quantities so be sure to book your reservations in advance:
